Hay Fundraiser! |
| Hay Hay HAY! We’re fundraising for this weekend’s monthly hay run! Thank you so much to those that have donated so far! We still need to raise $660 by this weekend! Can we do it #sahhrockstars ?? Celebrating Piglets 6 week Birthday |
| Happy birthday Tulip, Rose, and Lily! Today we’re celebrating their 6 week birthday!!! They are so adorable— it’s easy to sit back and smile!
Mama Olivia was rescued along with 3 other pigs from a high kill shelter in Riverside, CA. Olivia, delivered 3 healthy baby girls Tulip, Rose, and Lily! Two of the other rescued pigs have been adopted thanks to our friends help All Things Hooved Animal Rescue, and beautiful Raven, (you get a peak of her here) has been spayed and is still looking for her forever home! She is sweet as can be! ❤️ Once the piglets are old enough to be weaned and spayed they, along w mama Olivia will be available for adoption! |

US Navy Volunteer Day! |
| Many thanks to the US Navy for allowing their sailors to volunteer with us here at SAHH!!! These individuals were an incredible amount of help and provided much needed assistance with the “heavy lifting” some of us struggle with. In exchange for their assistance, sailors earn community service hours which helps in their endeavors to advance within the USN. They came and left with great attitudes and some even inquired about volunteering on their own time! |

Must be 18+ years of age or older for this opportunity & be able to commit to a 1-shift per week/2-month minimum requirement (most of our volunteers become family & stay a lot longer!). |
