Saving Animals & Healing Hearts
Every animal here has a name, a story, and a place to call home for good.
Our mission
Saving Animals & Healing Hearts is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of abused and neglected animals. We want to spread our message of hope and compassion. We believe that a single action can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact the world. Through advocacy and outreach activities, our team works tirelessly each day to contribute their part to the greater good.

Before you bring one home
Thinking of adopting a mini pig?
Mini pigs aren't as mini as the name suggests, and most of what you've heard about “teacup” or “micro” pigs isn't true. We put together answers to the questions we hear most — sizing, spay/neuter, diet, and vet care — so you know exactly what you're signing up for before you do.

How we work
Rescue comes first.
Animals arrive from cruelty seizures, surrenders, and owners who can no longer provide care. Every one gets a vet workup, a quiet place to recover, and time — no timeline on healing.
