Become a Patreon!

Become a Patron and help feed residents like Andie for as little as $5 per month! That’s the price for one cup of coffee. Skipping just one coffee a month, you can help feed rescue animals in need! We have no paid employees, every penny goes directly to the care of our rescue residents. You can join us on Patreon by clicking the red Patreon tab on the home page right now (top right corner)! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to show you behind the barn doors here on the ranch! Hope to see you there!

Volunteer Day with Kind Heart Coalition

Kind Heart Coalition hosted a volunteer day bringing thirty incredible humans, a wheelbarrow full of veggie donations, and ready to rebuild piggy pens, clean stalls and love on all of our rescue residents! We are grateful to have such an awesome group of animal lovers and vegan activists willing to give their time and effort to help care for our animals.

Volunteer Training Class

Our first of many trainings for our incredible volunteers. Many had expressed interest in learning more about horses and our Founder and Director Teri Crutchfield was happy to do so. With almost 50 years of experience, Teri practices natural horsemanship, teaching the volunteers the basics of horse care, feeding and nutrition, how to develop a rapport with horses, reading their body language and utilizing the horses own language to communicate and create a bond built of mutual respect and understanding.
